Co-op?

Hi, will there be an option for co-op play? I could see how you could tag-team in this game.

@reederrabbitt123 co-op would work really well, yeah. The problem is that it's a fairly significant challenge to implement properly, and we're already trying to tackle a bunch of ambitious problems. The only way we could do it is if we got a really significant amount of extra funding through Kickstarter.

Is co-op something we could see after full release? Even if it were as a paid dlc? I understand that it's a hard question to answer but I want to know if the idea is out the window or is it still considerable further down the line?

@Nuclearwars maybe, MAYBE as a paid DLC/expansion. Something like Don't Starve Together, but you're right - if we did this, it would be considerably down the line.

Why not put two players local co-op split-screen? it's the most requested by the players in the world and would have wide acceptance.

Wow! multiplayer will be cool!

But, as @Marc said, it is a very hard work to do,indeed.

I am sure the multiplayer mode will make this game much funny

while it's awesome in singleplayer mode, isn't it?
