Wellington Wells's relationship with the outside world?

Recommended Posts

I'm curious as to know what you think Wellington Wells's relationship with the outside world is. I mean, it's unlikely that the rest of the world shrugs in indifference towards Wellington Wells if they know what's going on. Also, the Wellies probably wouldn't want to associate with the Downers outside.

My theory is: Wellington Wells is very walled off, nobody gets in or out. The outside world knows something's up in there, but they don't know exactly what, aside from the odd ghost story.
