I'm on the mission "the great stink" I can't find the worker card and it's stopping me from going on in game, I've heard there's supposed to be a dead worker body on the top floor of one of the rooms but no such luck, I'd appreciate it if someone could help thanks.

I'm stuck on this same spot. I can't enter Maintenance Room 1 without the key card. Reading other threads it seems like there is supposed to be a body to loot in the Communication Headquarters, but in my game there is just a key card on the ground which I can't pick up/interact with.
