MissMillie101 0 Posted September 30, 2018 I have found and completed what I believe to be all of the side quests in Maidenholm for Arthur except I can not find Tits up Downer or Popped Popper anywhere. I have ran all over the area looking for them. Has this happened to anyone else or am I simply blind? I'm playing on PS4 build v1.4.71201 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
KillerAC71 1 Posted October 28, 2018 I don't know about Tits Up Downer, but Popped Popper is in the first village you come to as Arthur (Hamelyn). If I remember correctly it's near the western edge of the village, about halfway between north and south. You'll see a Bobby crouching beside a sparking Popper.
