Hello @Safin, I'm really sorry to tell you this, but I've spoken with my team and it appears that you might have the unfortunate luck of experiencing a worldseed issue that is preventing you from loading properly into Nick's hideout. You are not alone in experiencing it: It's a known issue that we aim to fix in the next patch but we cannot say for sure that this will be fixed retroactively. At this time it appears that you have two options. You could start from the beginning of Sally's playthrough to ensure that you get a new worldseed. You can do this from the Main Menu by selecting Story and selecting Sally as your character before pressing start and begin. Alternatively you can contact our support team at < https://gearboxsoftware.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new > and they'll get back to you as soon as possible. Again, we're sorry that you've encountered this issue and hope this doesn't prevent you from continuing to enjoy the game in the future. -Laura
  2. Ah! @Safin, I think I know what you mean. You meant after completing the guitar puzzle, right? We could still use the information I requested above but in the meantime I recommend attempting a save/load by returning to the main menu and loading back into your last save. Good Luck!

  6. Hi, @Andrew Sorry to hear that you've had trouble with auto saving on your DLC. Did you select continue from the Main Menu or did you reselect the DLC itself? You should be seeing an auto-save in your 'Load Game' screen named "They came from below: Auto Save - Roger" if you played through a portion of "Stranger in a Strange Land". If you don't see that save present on the 'Load Game' screen please let us know. Which platform are you playing the game on? Any information you can give us would be very helpful. Thank you.

Hello @Draconian, You're the first person to report this issue on the forums since the release of the 1.4 patch so I hope you don't mind me asking you a few questions to get a better idea of what's happening to your game. Do you have lockpicks in your inventory? If not, try finding one in the world or crafting one and seeing if the gate can be interacted with.   12. Hi @michael4771, I'm very sorry to hear that this bug is ruining your pacifist playthrough. You aren't alone in experiencing it and It's been reported by other players like yourself. We've not been able to reproduce it ourselves as of yet but from the information we've collected it appears that if an NPC has a takedown performed on them when there is a corner or collision between you and them, it is more likely to happen. Does that sound like what you're seeing? Any more information you can give us would be very helpful. We want you to know that the team is working on an upcoming patch that should address issues like the one you've mentioned above but I don't have an exact date for you yet. Hi @beretfantasy, The reason you didn't see a change in the map when you installed the game onto a different PC is because your woldseed is set once you start a game and only changes when you start a fresh playthrough. I'm sorry to say that you've encountered a very rare issue with your world generation. If I'm correct in believing that you're having trouble passing over the missing space then there is a way you will be able to proceed but it will require you to unlock the console commands. I will give you the steps here, please read through them carefully. If there's a problem with one of the steps please let me know. Find the game folder in the Documents (C:\Users\%Username%\Documents\My Games\We Happy Few). Go to the folder Config, and then the folder WindowsNoEditor. Open Input.ini file using Notepad or similar software. Write the following lines in the document:| [/Script/GlimpseGame.GlimpseConsole] bConsoleEnabled=True (Text might already be present in the document keybinds were changed. Do not erase the text. The new lines can be added at the end of the file.) Save the document and close it. Start the game. The debug console is now accessible in-game by pressing the top left key (~ on an English keyboard), right under “ESC”. Not all keyboard layouts are supported. Default to English US if there are any problems. It can be closed by pressing “ESC”. When you've opened the console in-game Type "Ghost" and then press enter. You will be able to move yourself to the other side of the island where you couldn't reach previously. Once you're in the right place type "Walk" and then press enter. Now, with this knowledge you might be tempted to go wherever you please but I have to warn you that if you don't use the debug console wisely than there is a risk of quests breaking and an inability to proceed with the rest of the game.   14. Hi @christodoulos! What you've listed above about the disappearing body is a known issue. We're very sorry you're experiencing it Was the second quest called Public Works? I might be able to help you out! What objective do you have when you get stuck? I'm being told that there's been a change in the layout of that quest since the early access version and now you don't need to open the windows! Please let me know if this helps. Additionally, I just want you to know that both of the encounters that you've listed above are sidequests and although you are having trouble with those missions, you can still proceed with the main quests and beat the game.   15. Hello @mypotatoromance hope you're having a nice day! Based on the video that you've posted it looks like the machines are in their default positions. You'll need to line them up in a specific order to proceed. There are hints near the control console on how to solve the puzzle if you would like to give it a try. Is there a chance that you are using a non EN-US keyboard? if so, you can substitute these steps: [/script/engine.inputsettings]ConsoleKey=F1 ConsoleKeys=F1 This will Rebind the Console to the F1 key instead of ` (Tilde) Let me know if this works for you.   19. Hello @katstrut , I'm going to copy a post from another thread from last week that I think may help you open the console. Once you are successfully opening console you can enter the command "give formula", I know you already have milk but my best guess is that there's something off about the milk you already have. Let me know if this works!

  24. Hello Scave! Please read to the end. I have a plan for helping you get passed this bug. As a PC player you have the ability to open the command console whereas those who play on gaming consoles do not. Enable the console: Press Windows + R Paste: \Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\My Games\We Happy Few\Config\WindowsNoEditor Press Enter Open Input.ini Add the following lines to the top of the Input.ini file and Save it: [/Script/GlimpseGame.GlimpseConsole] bConsoleEnabled=True Once you've followed the steps above you will be able to open the command console by pressing the "~" botton (found above tab) while in game. Open the command console. Type "Ghost" and press enter. Place yourself inside of the vent just after where you were getting stuck. When you feel like you are in the right place, open the console again and type "walk" press enter. Before you move forward, attempt to crouch and see if you are stuck or you can proceed. It took me a few tries before I placed Arthur in the vent properly so don't give up. Please Note: You now have the ability to go wherever you please. Although it is tempting to zip across the world on a whim, please be careful with your new powers. One example of how things can go wrong is... if you simply teleport yourself outside of the building you are stuck in, your current objective will not complete. The objective *needs* for you to open that vent at the end of the shaft in order to move onto the next objective. Good luck! If you get stuck on any of these steps please let us know.
