  1. Hi there, Thanks for your feedback. I've shared it with the rest of the development team. ? Cheers, Lee
  2. Hi there, We appreciate your patience while we work on the next patch. Unfortunately it's not possible to predict an exact date for patches such as this, as many factors can affect the actual release date (new bugs which appear during patch development, submission times with Microsoft and Sony, time required to re-test a patch candidate, etc.) Because of this, we can only share estimates until we're sure that we can guarantee a date. For v1.4, we're planning to release: - The Steam/GOG patch tonight - Xbox One and Windows Store on Monday next week - PS4 on Tuesday next week These dates are subject to change, however the dates are likely to remain very close to what I mentioned above. I hope this helps. Cheers, Lee
  3. Hi there, We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. What platform are you playing on (PC, Xbox One, PS4)? Unfortunately, if you're on Xbox One or PS4 you will need to load a previous save in order to progress. I'm sorry to have to tell you this. We're planning to address this issue in a future patch. If you're still encountering issues, please file a ticket with our support team at < https://gearboxsoftware.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new > and they'll get back to you as soon as possible. Cheers, Lee
  4. That's quite odd. I noticed that in the video, the level of detail on the Banger is very low. This is not usually something we see on the Xbox One X. At this stage I would suggest filing a ticket with our support team at < https://gearboxsoftware.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new > and they'll get back to you as soon as possible. Be sure to reference this forum thread's URL when you submit the ticket. Cheers, Lee
  5. This is a known issue where the Future Perfect quest may not trigger when exiting Hostile Takeover. We've fixed the issue in v1.4 and are planning to release that patch later this week, however we don't have an exact date yet. If the NPCs who trigger the quest (the Doctor and the Wellette) are still alive in your game, then the patch should fix your save game and you should be able to trigger the quest. If not, then unfortunately you will have to load an earlier save, before exiting Hostile Takeover, or start a new game. I'm sorry to have to tell you this. There is a video here showing when the quest should normally trigger: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sn4jMx41-VE Cheers, Lee
  6. Hi there, If the door is not unlocking after you reload your autosave, unfortunately you will need to load a previous save in order to progress. I'm sorry to have to tell you this. You should have a save named 'Last Safe Shelter' in your playthrough slot (2nd from the top). This save is created anytime you enter a safe shelter location. The last time this should have triggered for you is when you were inside the Fashion Institute, immediately after entering the Parade District for the first time as Ollie. We're planning to address this issue in a future patch. If you're still encountering issues, please file a ticket with our support team at < https://gearboxsoftware.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new > and they'll get back to you as soon as possible. Cheers, Lee
  7. Hi there, We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. This issue is quite odd, as it seems the quest isn't updating until you take damage. This is the first report we've had of this. There are a few things you can try here to possibly bypass this: 1 - After taking your things from the locker, throw the banger at the wall nearby. Once you stand up, crouch and move to the right-side of the room (in the wine racks). You will need to hide from the Butcher and use the ladder when his back is turned. When doing this, can you complete the quest? 2 - Load the 'Last Safe Shelter' save in your playthrough slot (2nd from the top). This save should be from right before you entered the Butcher's house. Return to an unlocked safehouse and store most of your gear (it's possible a specific item in your inventory is causing this issue). Now return to the Butcher and use the door to go back inside. You will need to perform the meat packing segment again, but it's unlikely you will encounter this issue again. If neither of the solutions above work for you, could you open the ALL tab of your inventory and send us screenshots or pictures of all items that are in your inventory? This could help us troubleshoot what's causing this issue. I hope this helps. Cheers, Lee
  8. Hi there, We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. If you walk on that section of road, do you fall out of world or are you able to walk on top of it? Are you able to walk around it by using another street? Cheers, Lee
  9. Hi there, We're sorry to hear you're experiencing these issues and we appreciate your patience while we work on the next patch. In regards to the crashes you're experiencing when fast travelling, this is very likely due to memory running out on the console. Because the game is quite large, and world generation can drastically change memory usage, some users are encountering crashes from low memory on the regular base Xbox One and PS4 consoles. In Patch 1.3 we added a failsafe to prevent the game from saving while free memory is too low and addressed some of the more common crashes in the game, however it does not solve the problem fully. With Patch 1.4 (upcoming), we are addressing major gameplay issues as well as various other crashes that can occur. This should improve build stability and includes a large number of bug fixes. We're aiming to release this patch later this week, however we don't have an exact date just yet. With Patch 1.5, we will be focusing on optimizing memory for the base consoles to try and fix these crashes fully. This is the patch that will very likely address the issues you've been experiencing. Cheers, Lee
  10. Hi there, We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. What platform are you playing the game on (PC, XBox One, PS4)? Could you send us a screenshot of your quest journal showing the current objective you have for the Manned Flight quest? A video of what you're seeing would also help us troubleshoot the issue. Cheers, Lee
  11. Refunds are based on the retailer you bought the game from (Steam, GOG, a physical retail store, etc.). You would need to speak with them if that's something you wish to pursue. If you're still experiencing issues, please file a ticket with our support team at < https://gearboxsoftware.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new > and they'll get back to you as soon as possible. Cheers, Lee
  12. Hi there, We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. This is the same issue that can occur with another note in the game. You can find a temporary workaround for the issue in this thread: This issue is fixed in v1.4 which we're aiming to release later this week, however we don't have an exact date yet. Cheers, Lee

Please know that we're working to address these issues as quickly as possible so everyone can enjoy the game to it's fullest and we apologize for any inconvenience this is causing. Cheers, Lee
  14. I apologize for the late reply. Are you still experiencing this? We've recently released a hotfix that has addressed some crashes and other major issues (v1.3). We're currently working on another patch (v1.4) to address performance, stability and other major gameplay issues. We're aiming to release this patch later this week, however we don't have an exact date yet. If you're still encountering issues, please file a ticket with our support team at < https://gearboxsoftware.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new> and they'll get back to you as soon as possible. 15. Hi there, Thanks for the feedback. This was a known issue where Sally could sometimes use one of Arthur's vo lines during the basic greeting. It's been addressed in the v1.4 patch which we will likely be releasing in the coming week. Cheers, Lee
  16. Hi Abby, This is a known issue where the starting max carry weight for Sally and Ollie is displayed wrong upon starting their acts. They are erroneously displayed as a max of 100 until the player saves and reloads their game. The correct starting max weights for each of them are: Arthur = 100 Sally = 80 Ollie = 133 We're sorry for the confusion this issue can cause. We're planning to address this in a future patch. Cheers, Lee

  20. Hi there, Are any of the issues in this thread or the ones linked to it what you're experiencing? Cheers, Lee

  22. Hi there, Thanks for sharing the video with us. This is a known issue which can occur rarely when NPCs are in certain positions, such as on stairs or in a scripted location. We plan to address the issue in a future patch. Cheers, Lee

  24. We're glad to hear the issue was resolved for you and thanks for letting us know the likely cause. We've had a few other reports of users being unsure if combat was interrupting this interaction. Cheers, Lee
  25. Hi Abby, I believe you've posted in another thread as well about this and I've replied there: Cheers, Lee
