  1. Thanks. This is a known issue we're planning to address in a future patch. Unfortunately there is currently no way to fix this issue without loading an earlier save from before the quest failed. The quest remaining in your journal should have no other effect on your playthrough though, it will just be in the wrong category. Cheers, Lee
  2. Hi there, Yes, the Mysterious Chest is meant to be repeatable every 24 hours. As a result it will not disappear from the journal entirely. I hope this helps. Cheers, Lee
  3. Hi there, The quest Looks Like Rain is an optional encounter in regards to the world generation system. As a result, it won't appear in every game. You can have different side quests in each new game. Main path quests and locations will always be spawned. If you're not finding it in your world, then chances are likely it didn't spawn in that game. The Rubber Suit recipe is not a quest reward specific to Looks Like Rain anymore. Instead you can get the recipe as a random reward when completing a quest or it can be found on top of crafting benches found in shelters. I hope this helps. Cheers, Lee
  4. Hi Emily, Have you completed the Hostile Takeover quest? Do you have any more information on what you're experiencing? If you could post screenshots of your quest journal or a video of the issue, it would help us troubleshoot the problem. Cheers, Lee
  5. Hi Jocelyne, The Season Pass will give you access to the three paid DLCs that we will be releasing for We Happy Few. These will be released at a later date, with the first one coming out in early 2019. Cheers, Lee
  6. Hi Allodoxa, We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. If possible, could you answer a few questions to help us troubleshoot the issue: - Are you being attacked during the interaction or is anything else occurring which could be interrupting the action? - Are you releasing the X button when the Harvester beeps or are you letting the interaction complete fully? - Is the Motilene Spill disappearing after the Harvester finishes? If not, then the Motilene was not harvested. - In your Inventory, under the Quest Items category, do you still have the Empty Faraday Bucket or is it tagged (FULL)? Cheers, Lee
  7. If you don't have the Future Perfect quest in your journal, then this sounds like a known issue where the Future Perfect quest may not trigger when exiting Hostile Takeover. We've fixed the issue in v1.4 which we released last week. If the NPCs who trigger the quest (the Doctor and the Wellette) are still alive in your game, then the patch should fix your save game and you should be able to trigger the quest. If not, then unfortunately you will have to load an earlier save, before exiting Hostile Takeover, or start a new game. I'm sorry to have to tell you this. In your save game, you will first want to try walking through the doors and triggering the conversation that happens at the beginning of the Future Perfect Youtube video that I posted above. If the NPCs are still present in the world, then the conversation should trigger. If not, then I'm afraid the quest will not trigger on that save game. If you're still encountering issues, please file a ticket with our support team at < https://gearboxsoftware.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new > and they'll get back to you as soon as possible. Cheers, Lee
  8. Hi there, We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Did you receive the quest 'Future Perfect'? There is a video here showing when the quest should normally trigger: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sn4jMx41-VE Once you complete this quest and get the Frammistat, inside Arkwright, you should get a new quest called 'A Malpractice of Doctors'. This is the quest for the Wellington Health Institute. There is a video showing this quest here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cg_tOUvaq-A Cheers, Lee
  9. They would be standing around the Hostile Takeover exit, however they could be hard to spot among the other systemic NPCs. If you walk through the Hostile Takeover exit again and the conversation triggers, then they are still alive. If the conversation doesn't trigger, then I'm afraid the Future Perfect quest will not trigger on that save file. Cheers, Lee

  11. We're sorry to hear you're experiencing these issues. Post-launch FPS optimization still needs to be done. Fixes for that may be in v1.5, however it may instead be part of a future patch (possibly v1.6). The crash in the Parade is very likely due to memory running out on the console. Because the game is quite large, and world generation can drastically change memory usage, some users are encountering crashes from low memory on the regular base Xbox One and PS4 consoles. In Patch 1.3 we added a failsafe to prevent the game from saving while free memory is too low and addressed some of the more common crashes in the game, however it does not solve the problem fully. With Patch 1.4, we are addressed major gameplay issues as well as various other crashes that can occur. This improved build stability and includes a large number of bug fixes. With Patch 1.5, we will be focusing on optimizing memory for the base consoles to try and fix these crashes fully. This is the patch that will very likely address the issues you've been experiencing. We're planning to release this patch in the next 2 weeks, however we don't have an exact date just yet. If you're still encountering issues, please file a ticket with our support team at < https://gearboxsoftware.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new > and they'll get back to you as soon as possible. Cheers, Lee

  13. Hi there, We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. First, we suggest updating your graphics card drivers. We recommend manually uninstalling your drivers and reinstalling them from scratch as sometimes drivers do not install properly over existing installations. The most recent drivers can be found here: Nvidia http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx AMD http://support.amd.com/en-us/download Verify Integrity of Game Cache (Steam): The Steam download may not have completed successfully which can cause the game not to launch or crash. How to Verify Integrity of Game Cache: 1. Open steam 2. Navigate to Library 3. Right-click on We Happy few 4. Select ‘Properties’ 5. Select ‘Local files’ 6. Select ‘Verify integrity of game cache…’ 7. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes. If you're still encountering issues, please email us at support@compulsiongames.com after performing the following: 1 - Rick-click We Happy Few in your Steam library 2 - Goto: Properties > Local Files > Browse Local Files 3 - Browse to: \Engine\Binaries\Win64 4 - Look for the file: CrashReportClient.exe 5 - Rename it (e.g: CrashReportClient BACKUP.exe) 6 - Start the game and trigger the crash 7 - Once the game has crashed at least once, press: Windows + R 8 - Paste: \Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\My Games 9 - Press enter 10 - Select 'We Happy Few' 11 - Right Click on 'We Happy Few' and select 'Send to' > 'Compressed (Zipped) folder' 12 - Attach We Happy Few.zip to email This will disable the automatic crash reporter and allow crash dumps to be generated directly on your PC. With this we'll be able to identify the specific crash you're experiencing. If possible, sending us your PC Specifications would also be helpful: 1 - Press Windows + R 2 - Paste: dxdiag 3 - Press enter 4 - Select ‘Save All Information…’ 5 - Attach dxdiag.txt to email If you want to re-enable automatic crash reports in the future, simply change the file back to it's original name (CrashReportClient.exe). Cheers, Lee
  14. We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. This is a known issue that can occur when dropping the package to the ground and performing a save/load. We're planning to address this in the next patch, v1.5. Cheers, Lee

  16. Is this the shutter to the side of the Hostile Takeover encounter? If so, is there a trap control panel to the left of the shutter? You should be able to disable this to open the shutter. You can also open your map and press X on any unlocked fast travel icon to fast travel there. Cheers, Lee
  17. Hi there, This issue is being addressed in the next patch, v1.5. We're planning to release this in the next 2 weeks, however we don't have an exact date just yet. Cheers, Lee
  18. We released v1.4 on Tuesday last week. There is a video here showing when the quest should normally trigger: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sn4jMx41-VE In your save game, you will first want to try walking through the doors and triggering the conversation that happens at the beginning of the video. If the NPCs are still present in the world, then the conversation should trigger. If not, then I'm afraid the quest will not trigger on that save game. Cheers, Lee
  19. Thanks for the video. It appears that this issue is a unique variation of the problem other users have reported with the safehouse quests not completing. The issue is fixed in v1.4 and the patch will normally fix the quests stuck in player's journals. Unfortunately in this special case, the fix does not appear to be retroactive, as the issue was triggered at an earlier stage of the quest (likely when you needed to initially drain the water). If saving and reloading your save game doesn't allow you to use the power switch, then unfortunately the quest will very likely not be complete-able in your save game. This will prevent the use of the Fast Travel Hatch and leave the quest stuck in your journal. I'm sorry to have to tell you this. You will be able to sleep, use the stash and otherwise use the shelter though. On v1.4, if you load an earlier save (from before the issue occurred), start a new game or finish Arthur and load into Sally or Ollie's story; then you should not encounter this issue again. Cheers, Lee
  20. If you keep pressing down on the d-pad, does the extractor appear? It should cycle each of your quickslot gadgets with each press. If you open your inventory, do you have the item in your Gadgets category? I've posted some screenshots below showing the item and interaction: If possible, could you post screenshots or a video of what you're seeing in-game to help us troubleshoot the issue? Even a video or pictures from a phone would work. Cheers, Lee
  21. You shouldn't run into the issue again with an earlier save or new game on v1.4 as the bug has been fixed. The AI of those 2 NPCs have been modified to prevent the cutscene and quest trigger from possibly getting skipped. The issue was that their AI could get distracted by combat, conformity or other events which could prevent them from triggering the conversation at the correct time. This shouldn't happen now. If you already had that cutscene, then you should have received the Future Perfect quest previously. Cheers, Lee
  22. Thanks for the information. This looks like a known issue where the Future Perfect quest may not trigger when exiting Hostile Takeover. We've fixed the issue in the v1.4 update. 23. Some extra information is below about Ollie and what can make Wellies become hostile: 1 - Ollie has a Blood Sugar mechanic and if it goes below 25%, then he will insult nearby NPCs. This will cause them to become suspicious and then hostile. You'll want to make sure you keep his Blood Sugar between approx. 25% and 75%. 2 - The Uncle Jack fan club members will attack Ollie on sight and are best avoided. They look like this: Cheers, Lee
  24. For the popping audio on PS4, we are tracking this issue in our bug database and plan to address it in the v1.5 patch. In regards to the Shocking Revelation and Shocking Carelessness quests, could you post a screenshot or picture of your quest journal? By seeing the active objectives for those quests, it will help us troubleshoot the issue. A video of the problem would help us too. Cheers, Lee
