  4. Hi there, We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue and I apologize for the late reply. We just released patch v1.7 on all platforms, which should address the issue of frequent crashing in the Parade District. Previously, Barrow Holm was never being removed from memory which caused available memory to get very low in the Parade District on some worldseeds. We suggest loading your save game on the latest patch and see if that helps.   7. Hi there, I responded to your more recent post here: Unfortunately there is not much more work that can be done to improve texture loading times on consoles.   8. Hi there, This is a known issue on the PS4 and Xbox One consoles. The game can be resource intensive and textures may not stream in quickly enough, especially in the Village and Parade districts. The issue shouldn't be as noticeable on the Xbox One X compared to the Xbox One Base but it can occur, especially after extended playtime. Restarting the application and reloading your save should help reduce the frequency of this on Xbox One X.   11. Did the issue first occur when you were on v1.5 or lower? Unfortunately the patch for this issue only prevents the issue from triggering, it does not fix the issue if it already occurred in a previous save game. You should be able to load a save game called 'Last Shelter Visited' (second from the top of the save list). This will take you back some time, but will load you into the last unlocked shelter that you visited. If the issue was already triggered on that save as well as your other saves, then unfortunately you will have to load your last save with Sally and start a new game as Ollie. I'm sorry to have to tell you this.

  13. Hi there, We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue and I apologize for the late reply. This is a rare issue that can occur in some side encounters throughout the game, where a filler building spawns overlapping another level. Unfortunately there is no workaround for this issue on Xbox One as it does not have access to the debug command console (only available on PC). Unfortunately, when this issue is fixed in an upcoming patch it will not correct your save game, as the world has already been generated and we cannot modify existing worldGen save data. This issue will not block story progression and you should still be able to complete Arthur's story; however the only way to complete this side quest will be to start a new game in a new slot. This was a known issue in v1.5 and earlier where the key would stay on Corporal Cheeseman's body even when his body disappeared. In v1.6 onward, we added a check so the key would be added to the player if Cheeseman's body disappeared or fell out of world. When you reload your save game, is the key added or are you able to unlock the General's office? If not, can you attach screenshots or a video of what you're experiencing to help us troubleshoot the issue? Pictures or video of the objective marker, the locked door and your inventory would help.   16. Hi there, We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue and I apologize for the late reply. This is a known low memory crash (RAM) which can occur on some Xbox One and PS4 save games. The World Generation system can create unpredictable worlds, and some of these are laid out in ways which may use up too much memory in certain areas of the game. Issues like this can occur rarely for some players, especially on the PS4 and XB1 base consoles. We've worked on improving memory in the Parade District in the next patch (v1.7), however we don't have an exact date for this just yet. Unfortunately, there is no specific workaround for this issue without starting a new game until the patch is released. This is a known issue with Bobbies that are pre-placed inside encounters (the issue does not occur with random Bobbies who spawn in the streets or from Bobby Poppers). This is a known issue where in rare cases vendor inventories can be empty on specific worldseeds. As the vending machines all use the same vendor list, this issue is affecting all machines on your world. Unfortunately there is no workaround for this issue if you encounter it in your world.
