  1. Hi there, After grabbing your items from the locker you need to escape using the ladder you entered through without being seen by the Butcher. If you time his patrols around your movement you can slip past him. If he detects you or if you attack him, you will get caught and need to escape again. I hope this helps. Cheers, Lee
  2. The issues regarding crashing from low memory only affect the base PS4 and Xbox One models. Xbox One X and PS4 Pro have more dedicated memory than the base models and don't suffer from the issue, so that makes sense. We're glad to hear switching resolved it for you. Cheers, Lee
  3. Hi there, v1.8.85815 was just released late last week (this will appear as 1.08 in the PS4 menus). This includes a fix to address memory issues during the Malpractice of Doctors quest. If you update to that version, do you still experience this crash?   4. Hi there, We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. We're planning to address these issues in a future patch. In the meantime, there is a save created right before you're captured by the Butcher, when first accepting the quest. It will be listed under your save games as "Last Shelter Visited". This will allow you to start the the Slaughterer's Apprentice quest over without losing any other progress. I hope this helps. Cheers, Lee
  5. Hi there, I remember the issue. I believe your RAM and GPU were below the minimum system requirements for the game. Unfortunately we are still unable to provide support for systems which do not meet the minimum required specifications for the game. (Those specifications can be found here: https://store.steampowered.com/app/320240/We_Happy_Few/) We run compatibility testing for various hardware configurations in order to make sure the game runs on a wide array of systems, however those tests are not performed on systems which fall below our minimum requirements. It's possible the Lightbearer DLC will be playable on your system (as is the case for the main game) however it's also be possible you'll have the same issue that you encountered with the They Came From Below DLC. There's simply no way for us to know without testing it on your specific system, which at the time you contacted us did not meet the minimum hardware requirements. Officially we cannot support systems which do not meet the game's minimum system requirements. As a result, we will very likely not be making changes to the DLCs in order to make those playable on lower end systems. I'm sorry to have to tell you this.   7. Thank you. This is a known issue that can occur at Edward's house. NPCs can wander into the encounter and trigger the shutters when they walk through the doorways. We're planning to address this in a future patch, however we don't have details yet for when that patch will be released. In the meantime, there are a few things you can try to workaround the issue: Attempt to lockpick the front door and use that entrance if the metal shutters have not been triggered. During the day, wait for NPCs to wander into or out of the house. When they use the doorway the shutters will raise. This gives you a few seconds to shove the NPC and proceed through the doorway. You may need to do the same when you need to leave the house, if the shutters come down again. In this case, you can also save and reload your game after you complete the objectives inside the house, as this will spawn you on a bench in the streets. Load an older save from before the issue occurred, such as the 'Last Shelter Visited' save. Note: This will cause you to lose some progress. We realize those solutions are not ideal and we hope to patch this issue as soon as we're able. I hope this helps. Cheers, Lee

If the DLC is not showing as available for you and you already own a season pass, you should be able to access it by following these steps: 1 - Close We Happy Few 2 - Search for "They Came From Below" on the PS Store 3 - If you own the DLC or the Season Pass, there should be a "Download" button on the store page 4 - Download the DLC from the store 5 - Once the Download completes, launch We Happy Few 6 - Navigate to the DLC menu and you should now be able to play They Came From Below If you are still unable to access the DLC, please contact our support team at < https://gearboxsoftware.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new > and they'll get back to you as soon as possible.   12. Saves in They Came From Below occur at specific autosave checkpoints. If you die or reload your save, it will spawn you at the last checkpoint you reached. These are placed fairly frequently throughout the game.

  15. You seem to be correct. Achievements are not present on the XB1 DLC yet. This shouldn't be the case and we are looking into the issue. Thank you for reporting this.

How to Verify Integrity of Game Cache: 1. Open steam 2. Navigate to Library 3. Right-click on We Happy few 4. Select ‘Properties’ 5. Select ‘Local files’ 6. Select ‘Verify integrity of game cache…’ 7. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes. If that does not fix the issue, try completely uninstalling the game and reinstalling it again.   19. Hi there, If you proceed to the back of the Train Station again and ring the bell, does Ollie open the door for you? From here, you should be able to take 2 elevators up to the tower. Could you answer a few questions to help us troubleshoot the issue? - Which platform are you playing the game on (Windows Store, Steam, Xbox One, PS4)? - Is this occurring when speaking to the Bobby sitting at the front desk, in front of the elveator? If so, is the elevator blocked by metal shutters when you attempt to use it? On March 25th, we released v1.7 on all platforms. We'd suggest loading your save on that version to check if the issue is still occurring. Cheers, Lee
