  1. This sounds like a known issue where the Future Perfect quest may not trigger when exiting Hostile Takeover. We've fixed the issue in patch v1.4. If the NPCs who trigger the quest (the Doctor and the Wellette outside Hostile Takeover) are still alive in your game, you can try walking through the doors again to trigger the conversation. If the conversation doesn't trigger, then I'm afraid the quest will not trigger on that save game and you will have to load an earlier save, before exiting Hostile Takeover, or start a new game. I'm sorry to have to tell you this. If you're still encountering issues, you can contact our support team at < https://gearboxsoftware.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new > and they'll get back to you as soon as possible. Cheers, Lee
  2. Thanks for the information. Do you know what version of the game you were running when you originally triggered the conversation and do you know which version of the game you're running now? Cheers, Lee
  3. Hi there, We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. If you're still encountering issues, please file a ticket with our support team at < https://gearboxsoftware.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new > and they'll get back to you as soon as possible. Cheers, Lee
  4. Hi there, We're sorry to hear you've experienced this issue. Could you answer a few questions to help us troubleshoot the issue? - What is the current active objective for the 'Future Perfect' quest? - When you track the quest, is there an objective marker showing on screen? If so, what is it pointing to? - Have you picked up all 3 parts ('Valve Handle', 'Electrowave Battery', and 'Hotflash Nozzle')? If possible, could you post screenshots of your quest journal and inventory quest items category? A video of what you're seeing would also help us. Cheers, Lee
  5. Hi there, Are you playing as Arthur? If so, do you have a quest in your journal called 'Future Perfect'? You need to complete that quest and one more called 'A Malpractice of Doctors' before you can enter the Broadcast Tower. There is a video here showing you when the Future Perfect quest triggers: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sn4jMx41-VE Cheers, Lee
  6. We've logged an issue for it and will look into fixing it in a future patch when we next update the credits. This may only occur when we release the sandbox update later this year. Cheers, Lee
  7. Hi there, We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. This is very likely due to memory running out on the console. Because the game is quite large, and world generation can drastically change memory usage, some users are encountering crashes from low memory on the regular base Xbox One and PS4 consoles. In Patch 1.3 we added a failsafe to prevent the game from saving while free memory is too low and addressed some of the more common crashes in the game, however it does not solve the problem fully. With Patch 1.4, we are addressed major gameplay issues as well as various other crashes that can occur. This improved build stability and includes a large number of bug fixes. With Patch 1.5, we will be focusing on optimizing memory for the base consoles to try and fix these crashes fully. This is the patch that will very likely address the issues you've been experiencing. We're planning to release this patch around the end of next week, however we don't have an exact date just yet. If you're still encountering issues, please file a ticket with our support team at < https://gearboxsoftware.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new > and they'll get back to you as soon as possible. Cheers, Lee
  8. Thanks. This is a known issue we're planning to address in a future patch. Unfortunately there is currently no way to fix this issue without loading an earlier save from before the quest failed. The quest remaining in your journal should have no other effect on your playthrough though, it will just be in the wrong category. Cheers, Lee
  9. Hi there, Yes, the Mysterious Chest is meant to be repeatable every 24 hours. As a result it will not disappear from the journal entirely. I hope this helps. Cheers, Lee
  10. Hi there, The quest Looks Like Rain is an optional encounter in regards to the world generation system. As a result, it won't appear in every game. You can have different side quests in each new game. Main path quests and locations will always be spawned. If you're not finding it in your world, then chances are likely it didn't spawn in that game. The Rubber Suit recipe is not a quest reward specific to Looks Like Rain anymore. Instead you can get the recipe as a random reward when completing a quest or it can be found on top of crafting benches found in shelters. I hope this helps. Cheers, Lee
  11. Hi Emily, Have you completed the Hostile Takeover quest? Do you have any more information on what you're experiencing? If you could post screenshots of your quest journal or a video of the issue, it would help us troubleshoot the problem. Cheers, Lee

    Season Pass

Hi Jocelyne, The Season Pass will give you access to the three paid DLCs that we will be releasing for We Happy Few. These will be released at a later date, with the first one coming out in early 2019. Cheers, Lee
  13. Hi Allodoxa, We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. If possible, could you answer a few questions to help us troubleshoot the issue: - Are you being attacked during the interaction or is anything else occurring which could be interrupting the action? - Are you releasing the X button when the Harvester beeps or are you letting the interaction complete fully? - Is the Motilene Spill disappearing after the Harvester finishes? If not, then the Motilene was not harvested. - In your Inventory, under the Quest Items category, do you still have the Empty Faraday Bucket or is it tagged (FULL)? Cheers, Lee
  14. If you don't have the Future Perfect quest in your journal, then this sounds like a known issue where the Future Perfect quest may not trigger when exiting Hostile Takeover. We've fixed the issue in v1.4 which we released last week. If the NPCs who trigger the quest (the Doctor and the Wellette) are still alive in your game, then the patch should fix your save game and you should be able to trigger the quest. If not, then unfortunately you will have to load an earlier save, before exiting Hostile Takeover, or start a new game. I'm sorry to have to tell you this. In your save game, you will first want to try walking through the doors and triggering the conversation that happens at the beginning of the Future Perfect Youtube video that I posted above. If the NPCs are still present in the world, then the conversation should trigger. If not, then I'm afraid the quest will not trigger on that save game. If you're still encountering issues, please file a ticket with our support team at < https://gearboxsoftware.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new > and they'll get back to you as soon as possible. Cheers, Lee
