  1. Sea of Thieves and Battlefield 1 are going to ruin my life when they come out
  2. @shmerl neither game has been released yet, I wanted to know which you thought is going to be better
  3. Maybe the devs could highlight sellable items while the shop window is open. That would help a ton!
  4. How do I add an image to a forum post?
  5. Make sure you have space for it before activating the event, it's a small bug
  6. @CrisRo That would definitely be an awesome aspect to see put into the game. As for your experience, I'm so sorry that happened
  7. I had no trouble with it. I'm on Xbox though so that could be it.
  8. I like all of that except the fact that wastrels are already pretty dirty with or without joy
  9. Just a fun poll! By the way, anybody who thinks COD is going to be better than Battlefield 1 is a rotten potato.
  10. Was taking a stroll down one of the streets in the first island in the game and I came across a floating street sign not unlike the ones pictured in the "7/29/2016 weekly update part 2" thread It was at the right height but it was hovering over the sidewalk and not attached to a building. Kinda funny, but kills the realism so here I am reporting it
  11. @asherack Even if the figures for the survival needs were realistic, which they aren't at the moment, it kills the experience to have to forage for food every 4 minutes. I understand this is a survival game, but we need to think about how we want the survival elements to work along with the story that is yet to come. Personally I think you shouldn't starve to death until 48 hours from being at 100 food and about 36 hours for thirst. If it were to be 24 hours or less to die, you would instantly die upon waking up from a day of sleep, which is sort of the way it works now . Though I think you shouldn't die for a long while, maybe some slightly harsher penalties as the values drop below 30 percent would be a good idea to balance it out. I don't think there should be any penalty for food/drink/sleep until the value is under ~65 percent. It hits you too hard to have 10 percent penalties to stamina if I don't eat literally every 60 seconds. Just my thoughts though
  12. I think this game would be drastically improved if there were some distractions, for a price. Like if you pay off a citizen with Joy or currency, they would start a fight and make the guards run to them, help you fit in, etc. Not necessarily. The premise of the game is that you're trying to fit in to a world where nobody else is on your side. Unless there was like a secret downer house or something, paying off civilians to cause distractions would be inconsistent with the way the rest of the game plays
  13. You need to do it over and over again. It's a mini-story that has gone for about a week in game before it stopped for me. Keep returning, it's fun to listen
  14. If you're on console, though, I'm not sure what the buttons are. It should tell you whether or not you can use it while hovering over the item, and how. Hope that helps! I play on Xbox One and as default you can press X to use any item straight from the inventory. Hope THAT helps : )
  15. Ok so on the mushroom log encounter there are 2 bugs I have personally had happen. 1. The mushrooms aren't able to be picked up If the mushrooms I'm supposed to be taking are the five on the log, they aren't made to where I'm able to pick them up. I don't know if this is a bug or something that simply hasn't been added yet but I felt that it was noteworthy. 2. The scene where the woman inquires about her husband's death in Eric's(The man on the log) warehouse jumps to day mid script. Ok so the dialogue was happening and right when the woman says "Did you do it?" to Eric, the game jumped to day and the couple disappeared
  16. The first aid kit objective never completes unless you drop a first aid kit in front of the kid and pick it up again. Not game breaking but it is annoying
  17. I don't know if the work zone is critical to the game, but if it is this could be game breaking. I destroyed the trap box and reversed polarity in the workzone on two different occasions and the objective never returned as done.
  18. My favorite game when I was a bit younger was the original Starfox 64, and Goldeneye for the Nintendo 64. My dad and I would play that together for hours on end. It was just a great bonding experience for both of us and the games were fun.
  19. Does anybody know where I can get Faraday's code from???

  20. Tried to go from the island East of Wellington Wells to the island East of the first one and this constable dude kept me in a chamber. I was stoned on Joy so i don't know what was wrong

  21. I've played many survival games and I'm super happy to say that We Happy Few has not only met my expectations in general, but has brought something truly unique to the virtual table. Thinking about the plot pushed me start making mental connections between the virtual drugged out society of 1964 London and the real U.S. in the present, what with all these prescription drugs for every symptom imaginable out. However, I do have some feedback to give that I feel would help refine the gameplay a bit so that players can focus a bit more on the story and chill out a little bit with the brisk pace of the survival aspect. 1. Slowwww it down with the Sleep, Hunger, Thirst, and Time. The pace at which the survival elements and the time progresses in the game is way different compared to the general pace the rest of the game plays out. If the developers made it to where the time went about 60 - 75 percent as fast as it flies by now it would be near perfect. The survival elements should go much slower. In real life you don't starve to death until you've gone like 30 days without food. Of course there still needs to be a challenge but a person should be able to go 6 hours without any detriment from starving and at LEAST 18 hours without dying of starvation. Thirst naturally should go a bit faster than hunger. I think a good figure would be to start the dehydration at 4-5 hours and die of thirst at 16 hours. 2. Move the bandages to the medical/chemical tab in the crafting menu I'm not freaking out over this one but for ease of access it would be nice to see that switched over Anyways, those are my two Sovereigns. From glancing at the other feedback it's safe to say that I'm speaking for a decent chunk of the player base. Cheers, wrinkledbuttz
